Justin Clark
Justin joined NorthStar Memorial Group in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer, where he led the accounting, finance, client support, and corporate development teams. Prior to joining NorthStar, he held senior financial leadership roles across multiple industries and began his career in public accounting with KPMG.
In addition to leading the finance function, Justin has spearheaded enterprise-wide operational initiatives that strengthened organizational efficiency and positioned NorthStar for scalable growth.
Recognizing his impact on operational excellence and strategic direction, Justin was promoted to President in November 2025. This expanded role includes management of the NSMG field organization, and the marketing and information technology teams. Justin is passionate about helping NorthStar meet its mission of serving more families by enabling growth.
